Make-up & Break-out
KAESO provides Make-up/Break-out services. Our Hi-TORQ units, are designed for fast and safe making up or breaking out of threaded connections on tubular components such as casings, drilling tools, tubing, motor etc.

• Chucking Capacity: 3 ½” to 14” Diameter. (90mm ‐355mm).
• Torque Capacity: Make‐Up: up to 100,000 lbs‐ft. Break‐Up: up to 100,000 lbs‐ft.
• Clamp Cylinders: Double acting, Clamp force: 40 tons, 180 Bar, stroke: 137mm.
• Torque Cylinders: Double acting, Torque force: 22.1 tons, 180 bar, stroke: 273mm.
• Spinning: 52 to 210 rpm, Tmax = 90 kg-m.
• Flow Dividers: 6 station with over pressure protection, max. Pressure set to 190 Bar.
• Tong Dies: Standard, interchangeable with standard oilfield supplied dies.
• Push Force: 15500 kg. 200 bar. Pull Force: 10,000 Kg. 200 bar.
• Cylinder Stroke: 1200 mm.
